About

Indie dev, software developer

I write software, mostly for the web. This page collects what I build and how I think about it.

How I work

Indie dev
I work on my own so I can pick the ideas, pace, and level of polish that make sense.
For people, not metrics
I care more about whether a tool helps someone than how many dashboards it shows up on.
Keep it simple
When something feels heavy or overdesigned, I try to cut it back until it feels obvious.
Clear expectations
I try to be clear about what a project does, what it doesn’t, and how much time I can put into it.

How projects happen

Most ideas start as a note or a tiny script. If it keeps solving my problems, I turn it into something others can use. Some projects stay experiments, some grow into products; I decide case by case.
